The legal reason for the processing of your personal data is the fact that this processing is necessary to fulfill the contract between you and the operator or to take measures by the operator before concluding such a contract in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 letter b) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”).

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, if the profiling relates to this direct marketing. If you object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
